Welcome to the Ding Laboratory

The Yang Ding lab in the Division of Oncology at Johns Hopkins Sidney Kimmel Comprehensive Cancer Center is studying high-risk pediatric leukemias to find new therapeutic vulnerabilities. The Ding lab utilizes functional genomics, systems biology, and translational models to develop improved precision medicine therapies for children with leukemias.

Our Research

The Ding lab is dedicated to advancing knowledge and finding novel therapies for patients with high-risk leukemias, specifically B-ALL. Our interdisciplinary team uses cutting-edge integrative omics and translational models to better understand the mechanisms of leukemia resistance and relapse, and develop more effective precision medicines. We believe that collaboration and innovation are key to curing childhood cancers.
